いつもお世話になっております。情報課情報統括係（MMC）です。
全学メール、説明会等で周知させていただいているところではありますが、学術
情報基盤システムの更新に伴い、メールサービスがActive! mailからGmailへ移
行します。
下記のとおり切替作業を行いますので、お忙しいところ大変恐縮ですが、ご準備
のほど、よろしくお願いします。

●切替時期：令和5年2月23日（木）　9時30分頃
●内　　容：Active! mailからGmailへの切替作業を実施します。以降、Active!
mailでは送受信ができず、Gmailにおいてのみ送受信が可能となります。
●注意事項：作業時刻前後１時間、Active! mailよりメールを送付した場合、メ
ールが消失する危険性がありますので、利用をお控えください。
●切替後のActive! mail:
Active! mailに保存されているメールデータはGmailに移行されますが、Gmailへ
の切り替え後も当面の間は、過去メールの確認用として Active!mailにもアクセ
スできるようにいたします。
※Active! mailの停止時期については、別途通知します。
●スパム隔離サーバについて: 切り替え前までの隔離メールの参照用として当面
利用可能です。

Dear Faculty and Staff,

This is from MultiMedia Center. We are migrating our email system from
Active! mail to Gmail, as we have already announced via emails.

Please note the following details for the system switch over:

- The switch to Gmail will take place on February 23th (Thursday) at
around 9:30 a.m.
- After the migration, you will only be able to send and receive emails
using Gmail.
- During the migration process, there is a possibility that sending
emails may be affected. To avoid any potential issues, we recommend
refraining from
sending any email an hour before and after the migration time.
- Your email data in Active! mail will be migrated to Gmail. In addition,
 Active! mail will be available for you to review past emails for some
time after the
migration.
- Spam quarantine server : This server will be available for a while to
check the mail before migration.
