Vanden Plas

Vanden Plas is originally a coachbuilder who made bodies for Rolls Royce, Daimler and so on. In 1960's Vanden Plas was under the group of BMC and made badge-engineered ADO16 models. The last letter "s" of Vanden Plas should not be pronounced.

Princess
Princess is called as a small Rolls Royce, since it had a grill like a Rolls Royce and moreover luxurious interiors. Very neat cars. The engine's displacement is 1098 and 1275 cc. Princess Mk. 1 has more luxurious than Princess Mk. 2.

1500
In 1975 Triumph's 1500 cc OHV engine was introduced to Vanden Plas Princess. This car is much rarer than Princess.
