HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Japan Travel Bureau, Inc. (JTB), Kyoto Office, has been appointed the official travel agency for the Meeting, to handle all travel arrangements and hotel accommodation within Japan. JTB has therefore reserved sufficient rooms for the duration of the Meeting and arranged special discount rates at the places of stay listed below. Please complete the enclosed Registration and Hotel Reservation Form, clearly indicating the name of the hotel, as well as the number and type of room desired. Your reservation is made upon receiving your completed form and deposit. Hotel assignment will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations will be confirmed in the absence of the deposit.

Deadline for the hotel reservation is August 1, '97

About Cancellation

A written notification must be sent directly to JTB for canceling your hotel reservation.
Deposits will be refunded after deducting the following cancellation charges.

When notification is received by JTB.
Up to 9 days before the first night of stay	1,000 yen per room
8-2 days before	20% of the daily room charge
One day before or no notice given	100% of the daily room charge
