Therapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis is Now Accepting

Electronic Submission of Manuscripts

Therapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis is now accepting manuscripts submitted electronically. Authors can now upload their manuscripts onto a secure website. This is made possible through the Manuscript CentralTM system from ScholarOne. This online editorial office not only handles submission, but also enables the peer review process to take place online. As an added benefit to authors, a tracking system will allow contributors to monitor the progress of their manuscripts through the review process. Authors create an account by answering a few questions about the manuscript to be submitted. Once submitted, the paper is immediately available for editorial review and reviewers can be rapidly assigned so that the review time is shortened.

Therapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis will continue to receive both print and electronic submission, though we strongly recommend authors use the new system. Please refer to the revised “Instructions for Authors” section for details on the electronic submission process. The Manuscript CentralTM system is also equipped with detailed instructions for the authors. Authors and reviewers can access the site at: http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/tad

As a thoroughly modern journal with an international editorial and review board and a truly global author-base, this represents an important step towards cost and time efficiency for both authors and reviewers. The implementation of the Manuscript CentralTM system illustrates the forward-thinking vision of the Editorial Board of Therapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis.
