The Program for Leading Graduate Schools has established in 2011 through support from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT). Fiscal 2019 will be the last year of MEXT's involvement. The Program for Leading Graduate Schools Forum 2019 marks this turning point, and was held as a culmination of the yearly Leading Fora which have taken place each year so far. (Date: Nov. 30, 2019 / Venue: Waseda University)
Four students from our program participated in the Forum. The main theme of the Forum was "How we (i.e. Leading Program students) want and how we can change the world 10 years from now." Participants carried out facilitated discussions focused on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which represent common global issues.
