How to apply for the Conference
We would like you to pay your conference fees in cash at registration here.
Conference fees:
\40,000.- (per person) \35,000.-(for students and any accompanying persons)
Conference fees will include: Teas & coffees / 5 lunches / 3 suppers / l tea ceremony / Excursions and most transportation fees within the conference (Conference fees will not include the 1 supper on your own in Kyoto)
Important Notice about Conference Fees:
Although we would have liked to accept payment by credit card for the conference fees, unfortunately setting up that system proved prohibitively expensive, so to keep costs down we must ask you to pay in CASH (Japanese yen) at Registration. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in advance. We would like to know as soon as possible how many people will be coming so that we can make all necessary arrangement in good time. If you would like to come to the conference, please fill the form and send back to us. You can download a PDF file, and send it by fax.
