Regarding Concurrent Employment Request

According to the “Regulations on Concurrent Employment for Faculty and Staff of Shiga University of Medical Science,” faculty and staff members who engage in outside employment (work other than duties at the University) are required to obtain prior approval from the President if the outside work is conducted continuously or regularly, regardless of whether compensation is involved.
For further details, please refer to the “Application Procedures for Outside Employment”.

In addition, when submitting a request, please be sure to indicate whether you agree or do not agree to the disclosure of information related to financial support from companies or other organizations,in order to ensure transparency.

From Japanese

For concurrent employment requests within Japan, please submit your request through the “Outside Employment Request System” available on our website.
